Ok so I just got off the phone with Domenic (they called me back promptly which was nice to see).
They've finished cleaning up the company (creditors etc) and the other party is committed to this new deal.....
They're registering the trucks in Australia which is why the delay but he is confident of an Announcment soon (within the next month or so).
He seemed positive and upbeat about new life being breathed into the company. I'm very skeptical about this mob however as per the phone conversation everything seems quite positive.
We'll find out soon enough and I hope to be proven wrong.
