Actually we are both right. There were three tranches of shares issued:
1. April 2013, iCar Asia issued to carsales shares equivalent to 19.9% of iCar Asia’s issued capital at 37.5¢ per share;
2. July/ August 2015 iCar Asia issued to carsales shares in a 1 for 44 rights issue at 65c, and
3. your reference to the March 2014 issue of additional shares to carsales at $1.00.
