for the company to survive, it will need to get rid of 150-200m in debt ........
the bloke is well aware of how the market works .......
will simply be a large cap raising ......and they will act as underwriter .......
this is a simple mechanism of how to gain control without paying a premium ...........
as CK has said " its strange stock is trading solidly"
(ie hasn't fallen like a stone post announc) ......
that's what it most defintly looks like to me ......
