The outstanding debt - not ongoing liabilities is what we are talking about though -
"Pay back the liabilities from profit or by raising capital from shareholders or by selling down assets."
Is that not what the company is doing?
Liabilities other than debt - covered in cash costs - factored into profitability. Paying down of the debt is being done from profits after other liabilities. No?
