Not sure why they need to call a TH just to respond to a speeding ticket.
Also not sure why 15 million shares results in a speeding ticket. CUL traded 65 million shares on Monday after trading next to nothing on a day to day basis, and they didn't receive a ticket. The way the ASX operates really does amaze me,
