With all due respect Jazzasax "what the company needs" is management with a can do attitude and a sense of urgency .....
This 10 years of sloth like movement toward even feasibility has the market (correctly) viewing RWD as a 'gunna' & compounding that problem is that, the way it is run, it may as well be a private company, such are the chances for change.
RWD is a case study for all share market investors & potential investors about the importance of management.
