If it is a loss there will likely be a significant fall. Doesn't seem to matter if it has been factored in, this stock always takes a battering when any loss is announced. Important to look at the big picture. IMF has plenty in the pipeline and has a great win to loss ratio. If it is a win there will likely be an overly positive spike in the SP. Will be interesting decision as there are quite a few other cases swinging on this High Court decision. Time the banks got one in the neck - can only hope it is tomorrow.
