Your leaving out the 9 million shares gridcomm offered to austasia for .10 per share and the 15 million options for cr raising being given at .22 as well as the 40 million at .2 for cr all of which odn holders are unable to get but expected to pay a premium of 35 cents or more for alot of people. Gridcomm needs the merger as badly as odn or doesnt have funds to go forward and cant afford to waste another year with no capital they tank the deal good chance they tank to they need to renegotiate
