ASIC has cancelled the Australian Financial Services licence of ICBC Capital Pty Ltd.
"The AFS licence was cancelled on 1 june 2016"
ASIC took this action as ICBC had been placed in liquidation by the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 18 March 2016. The application to place ICBC in liquidation was made by a creditor of the company on the basis that ICBC was insolvent.
