On the thread topic, I am extremely pleased that Tony our new chairman has seen fit to buy shares on market. It is a great sign, and even though hes is chairman of the board, may not be aware of the latest BOA as that would be handled by management. I have seen directors in many companies buy shares with in a couple of days of price sensitive announcements.
For all I know there might have been a meeting of the BOD in the afternoon and he bought in the morning before finding out about something, totally legal. Tony Kiernan will turn out to be a very good and effective chairman. Having him buy on market is a VERY good sign.
