They said they would perhaps make a spin off company with the zinc so this is obviously the strategy of how they intend to do that it's odd but I guess a shell is the way to do it so they don't have to pay all the costs associated maybe ( i dunno what's involved to create a mining company but I guess a lot of admin costs etc)
