it's worth looking at..but

i'd wait until after consolidation 1:100 has been completed.

after consolidation we should see approx 60mm shares, with share price approx 30cents or so. (somewhere between 30-40cents)

StockAnalysis rates Prospects SM138 & SM152 as fairly low risk.

with potential 14mmbls. LIO's interest 30%.

as yet no news as to when drilling will commence, hopefully before the end of 2006.

so, lets wait until after consolidation & we have some news about drilling dates.

otherwise it ain't looking bad..
