As an outsider and a scare-di-cat to property I have to ask this question.
1. Where are the jobs coming from to fund the long term property development?
2. Where are the export industries?
Sydney is in full bubble mode, but will likely be just fine because the investment community and councils have a clear plan on development of the Western Sydney basin (economic corridor) (light industry, Badgery creek airport, rail network etc). What is the equivalent for Perth?
