Turning around a business isn't easy, page-11

I wonder how many people buy on line?? My neighbour does at times but they also get a personal trainer to do house visits and never walk the dog. Is this the way things are going? Are people becoming more isolated and live in their own little cocoons without having to have direct contact with other human beings apart from social media?

If that is the case then the major retailers will be able to save billions every year by not having mega supermarkets and massive car parks and paying billions in wages for people to keep the store running at checkouts and shelf stacking and delis etc etc etc. In fact most warehouses could be computerised, not requiring people at all. Is that the way things will end up eventually???

Might have to look at an old Jetsons cartoon....What are the thoughts out there??
