Oh that idiot, yeah I saw his 'article', couple points:
1. There is no post production capital that's nto already accounted for
2. He is a biz partner of Tony Wiggins ho runs EIM Capital Managers (all I'll say on that), so I wouldn't put too much credit in what he saids
