MGX have already written down the value of their IO resources. Rather arbitrary to ignore resources that, even in today's market, are profitable. I personally would write down the cash backing, simply because that can leak without any justification or can be used to buy an asset that has zero value. Either way, that's an entirely different discussion to that about what SP an investor will accept to exit the stock.
