Oh come on.. You can't compare the MYX halt and the ASB halt together...
MYX went into a halt announcing the purchase of a drug portfolio at an absolute steal....
They also stated they would be raising funds at $1.50 which was higher than their last closing price...
Based on my experience, if an upside to a guidance is going to be made then the stock doesn't go into a halt. They just announce it prior to the market opening... When a guidance is bad the stock will always go into a halt first....
Also look at the recent price drop of ASB.. That's the first indication as well...
