Has the sale gone through or does it have to wait for shareholder approval?

I read somewhere that they may be looking at another offer, around 50M from Fletch Plus, a Singapore based media company. I know that APN was looking at getting between 45 and 60M for the papers.

36M does seem very cheap though - I wouldn't be too impressed as a shareholder. Even so, I'm guessing that News Corp are seeing something in the print media business that others aren't.
