The 3% rule may not trigger a mandated takeover offer, but the intention seems clear? You would think that being the case, we start to see a takover premium priced into the SP as people cotton on...
I'm also trying to picture the discussion at the board table, because while we all believe the company has been searching for a new project to invest its funds into, not all members of the board may feel that way, APAC may want the cash.
