As a holder I would like an explanation of why the (claimed) impressive performance of CTN has never been reflected in its share price - in 2004 about $1 and now 12 years later still at about $1. What method of accountancy is being used to suggest that average 15% annual return has been achieved - as the dividends have not been at that level?
Will there be an independent review of this CAML sale to confirm that a fair and reasonable price is being paid? What earnings does the CAML operation generate for itself? It is not generating much for anyone else. Or is it just another snouts in the trough deal?
