Get off your high horse and go back to the Caroline Wilson cheer squad thread.

I tried to warn people that EPW's margins would be significantly affected 3 months ago and now that EPW cant even keep the customers it has, all the feel good surveys about customer satisfaction are worth almost as much as the shares, (ie nothing.)

I think if you step back and have a look at why the margins are being affected, it's because the major retail providers (AGL/ Origin etc) are now competing hard for the business customers.

Gone are the days of on-selling power at huge margins to retailers. Now the days of sliding under the radar as a business only supplier are going too. EPW was the disruptor for a few years, but now it is their turn to be disrupted.

Solar production is crimping everyone's ability to make an earn. People are angry about their increasing costs of power, and there is no loyalty to any traditional retailer or generator.

Soon battery storage will erode that further and the market can see what is coming.

Good on you for holding RFX. I've actually sold out of that stock as I think they will find a hard landing once the first battery sales numbers come in. Good product, but horrible salesmanship.

    Don't say you weren't warned.
