You will notice he still has 2.5mill he hasn't exercised. Bit surprised he didn't exercise the lot. Should?? he also have taken the opp to remove his interest relating to IRC as he is no longer a director. Atleast note he is no longer a director. Wheels definately turn slowly regarding reporting, just like being slow to send out/ann the option expiry. Someone probably had to remind them. Wonder if they need a new company secretary as the current one seems half asleep imo.
