    Well that explains the selling yesterday.

    Sophs knowing a CR is coming selling the existing stock short to replace it with the new issue.

    I exited my position today mid 4s making a small profit when I could have exited yesterday in the 5s or 6s if I was a soph in the know.

    I am bit disappointed that management didn't wait until they got the SP a bit higher before doing this.
