Hi 21108683 - the creep upward is interesting. Do you think its buyers believing the company will privatise and distribute cash (+ price for sale of tenements) towards end of year? Say 5.5 cents per share for example. Or do you think something has leaked re a discovery; or that the SP is being tweeked by someone trading/holding? Someone accumulating ?

If AGS were to continue as a publically listed exploration company I would think any likely cash distribution would be less than current SP. In the absence of full transparency and published information for all shareholders SP creep like this worries me.

All Shareholders need to be told clearly what the company's intentions are re any further distribution (and the uantum), or not; and re AGSs continuance as a publically listed company, or not. .. 6+ years of so called confidentiality is enough for anyone or any company I would think.
