I don't buy the merger thing. They have announced an "acquisition".
Or do proposed mergers always get called acquisitions? And why doesn't GMM say they are making an acquisition [merger] if that is, indeed, what is happening here?
I take the announce at face value, an acquisition suggests a T/O. If it's GMM however, GMM's announce points to something else being engineered.
But I could be wrong.....
