Oh wow, how sad. Just like the ASF group to be looking to slowly devour OBL (sorry, they won't do a T/O, they are in no hurry, just like REY... slow death).
ASF are the major shareholder of REY... allowing REY retail shares to be slowly bought up by share buy backs even though they pay a higher price than the capital raising price and cash used to fund the buy backs. Chinese are clearly looking to slowly destroy OBL too.
All IMHO.
