ASX warns CDB board of criminal consequences, page-8

yer im still hanging much to the displeasure of a few.
Nothing like threats of being sued to fire some people up.
I wonder if CDB and it's dir are charged with wrongdoing and proven guilty, that those that were suspended from HC have some form of retribution ?
What if some of those same people received threatening Texts? Is there some form of redress??
I know Mr farquhar would like to know of anyone that was threatened in such a way.
