What a great thread this is! After reading 952i's post and some of the material here, and then re-looking over quite a number of charts, I've become much more attuned to that little spring candle(s) during the accumulation phase - its amazing how often its there - a real telltale sign imo. Clearly designed to take out stops and has probably taken out mine a number of times...
Just goes to show no matter how long you've been in this game, there's always more you can learn.
