"IFL did not get StatePlus"
One the one hand, disappointing, given IFL's proven ability, through economies of scale, to drive synergy benefits following acquisitions it makes.
On the other hand, it reflects discipline on the part of management in not over-paying for assets.
I go from looking forward to participating in my first ever entitlement offer to fund a value-accretive acquisition, to now anticipating a special dividend or some other return of the surplus capital the company has.
