how to unlock the value

i just posted this on EDE forum
i have only really taken an interest recently in TAS because they keep making it abundantly clear about their holding of EDE whenever their is an ann.
it would seem to me that they want to realize/ extract the value of the EDE holding ?
that is why i suggested on the TAS forum a distribution of the EDE shares among the TAS holders, this i believe would boost the TAS shares to their true value & allow them to still retain control of EDE from their own distribution . the share distribution could be done as a rights issue at a cost to those buying in the rights issue, thus giving TAS funds to allocate to their mining ventures ?
i feel sure that something of this creative nature will take place as they seem to want to create value for their asset & company, i shall continue to observe with interest to see what happens.
