Only problem is a would-be-acquirer wouldn't be able to do so, their buying would make the stock more illiquid than it already is. Thus drive the price higher to obtain more. If they were to bid for a take over, doesn't mean to say that shareholders are going to accept their take over price.
Distribution: Sol's would never do it, doing so would take them out of a job/payment. Why do it when the more fingers in more pies the more fees/payments you can obtain.
Currently between Noble and the 4 directors they hold over 50.323% of EDE(FD)... They have all the control they need and I can not see that ever changing.
