According to the anns from 17 March 3b shares will be issued to Auscann at 0.55c. That's about 75 % of all shares and about 150m after consolidation. Should those come out of escrow then the market should have valued the new comp in a way to deal with a possible selling of some of those shares. But until then only 50m shares will be available after consolidation which should achieve a sp boost. The CR to raise the $ 3m could be done at 1c. That should be the sp level until the exact numbers have been announced.

Looks like a great investment to me for the LT.
