Hi Guys and Gals,
I recently brought some Dec 2006 5.50 call options for FGL. Option price currently, trading 0.585 - 0.645 and Share price currently at 6.04 - 6.05. With FGL going ex-Div (11.5cents) on 4 Sept, assumming the share price next monday will drop by 11.5cent to 5.92 - 5.93. Will the option price also fall by 11.5cents? or will it roughtly stay the same as the ex-div has be factored in the price of the option? (Giving the option is expiring on Dec 2006)...
Thanks...
