The easy way to convert and make a profit doing just that is to sell your TASO and buy TAS when you find the change over costs less than 5c per share. This happens on a regular basis.
Apart from that the company must help. You are in possession with any TASO of the right to convert to a fully paid share by the payment of the 5c per share any time prior to the expiry date.
