The good thing about tech deals is that they do not need much money to bring products to market, unlike building a mine. With the reverse take over they have to have 2 years worth of budget so that tells me that a $3M raise on the finalisation of the transaction will give ePAT enough cash to bring their two Apps (the pain app for dementia patients and then the pain app for kids) to market within 2 years. If MNQ management can sell the existing resource projects then that decreases the amount of money they need to raise to finalise the transaction. Maybe it will only be $2M or $2.5M and not $3M they actually have to raise in the end That will keep a better structure and drive a higher share price.
