I agree that sellers have dried up and volume picked up, very promising.
Probably just related to the positive movement in most commodities.
Am in China right now and asking around I find tier one cities have had +20% increase in property prices in the last 9 months, but already some slight decrease occurred (according to locals).
Things (business) seem subdued versus normal, but no one looking stressed.
