The version of excel will not matter, you need to press the update button at the top left of the page. The sheet is blank because it is designed to be updated with real time (15min delayed) data. With that said you need to enable macros in your excel also the sheet will not work on Mac because the Mac veesion of excel dose not support VBA scripts.
