It has to be the case that a JORC must be done before a ML can be applied for. Right?

1. Quite often a LOM can be extended by continuing to find more ore in the same mine, or close by. Does the original ML allow for such extension? I expect that there would be limitations in the ML on width.

2. Clearly Monty is a separate deposit to DeGrussa and Conductors, so a new ML will be needed. A VHMS minable deposit can either be a discrete (correct word??) lens or multiples of lenses as is the case with Monty. Right? So, one ML! Whether more ore is found while mining comes within what I asked in point 1 - I suppose.

3. What I am trying to get at is this. Lets' say Homer is a vhms deposit that's minable. Given its location etc, would a new ML be required for it too? If so, then given the very nature of VHMS deposits being generally separate, as more are discovered will a new ML be required each time? Depends?
