Chord, in the statement they also say they're trying to raise almost A$1.9 million, so it seems to me they can't even get their figures to agree.

Let's say their wildly optimistic target of A$1.9 million is hit. By my calculations, that would involve the issue of almost 4 billion new shares. Let's overlook the options.
