Yeah the problem is that it needs to sustain the trading volume for two quarters before it is eligible. Don't forget to include Chi-X volume in your calcs for trading volume, usually accounts for ~10-20% (a lot of brokers don't include it).
By September rebalance it may be a possibility. I wouldn't worry about it too much, best to just focus on the fundamentals.
