Agree - its simply woeful and the discount reflects the markets view of the board and the abattoir decision of the previous CEO. One can only guess that Joe Lewis is in no hurry and is happy to keep soaking up 3% as allowed every few months without making a takeover so in some ways the depressed share price might suit him short term.
