my definition of "genuine" refers to those that actually knew they owned ags shares (regardless of how many) and understood the significance of the 25% four mile interest.
if anyone borrowed as much money as i did then they could have slotted into the top 20 too.
not sure why you are now briging the capital raise into the buyback argument.
at the time of my buyback idea i was also recommending that ags divest their stake in ors... do you have a problem with that too? if so please explain because it now looks like it would have been prudent of ags to do so at the time.
