Well that is probably only 200 wishful day traders in a country of 24m.... who should learn to read a PnL and B/S and CFS and company announcements.... I havent looked at the address but is the company headquarterd in a West Perth broom closet ? or someone's private house along with 30 other " Gold companies or whatever the hot commodity is ?

There are hundreds if not thousands of these types of companies in Perth and ASIC really should prosecute a few because to strip $750k from 1 half year in salaries from this small company is probably not in the interests of ordinary shareholders and possibly a violation of Corporation Law, Compliance, directors duties etc.

And now they want a capital raising.....yes to pay themselves more salaries. Aint no resource here people...move on...

I have seen enough and am wasting my intellect on this board.

Prove me wrong or am I speaking to a director I wonder ??

Will see a CR inside a week to pay for for your salary and mortgage for next year.....I sure wont be gifting my cash.
