    I'd be amazed if OPEC capped or cut.. They didn't start this thing to stop just before they destroyed the US industry. Another flooring of the OP and 6 or 9 months should do that.

    In the context of MRM I believe a lower SP is possible, likely very possible. IMO Got to ride it thorough and accumulate on coming weakness not sell into it ...
