It will help to ensure Full payment/take up...of the 1c Options .. in June .

Options Exercised will Raise MPJ more Cash by June .
..and its better than a Sudden CR at 1c ...if Cash dries up next Quarter.

MPJ will do its Best to move the Sp up over 1.5c ..to see the options Exercised.
