I've never been a holder og BUG but I have been looking at an entry at these levels. However I'm still struggling to see they have the aspiration, skills and overall capability to grow their business at an exciting rate. Re-reading the half yearly is not too pretty, stock going missing in the USA, no budgets to promote new products, product recall, competing with China for locally grown macadamias, distribution expanding into Guam and Saipan (whoopee 200k population combined) and a bit of a throw away line line about opportunity in China. There was the positives of distributor appointment in Canada and UK.
There has been restructuring of the business under the CEO, and new product launches, but with the high debt level, debt covenants and a half year loss I'll be sitting on the sidelines a bit longer until more good news starts coming in.
