The share price will slowly move back towards the raising price once 1 cent breaks down.
Unfortunately no one is interested in this product, because ultimately its boring and the only thing that will drive the share price is Revenue and Profit.
Please do not take the boring part of that sentence as a down ramp, its just the truth.

No one cares about website hosting or backups.

The technology and mechanism they use to back up users data is dated, inefficient and slow. You would know this if you signed up and used the product
People dont like old sheet. They love new shiny stuff and it has to be fast.


If you honestly think this company will ever have a market cap of a couple of hundred million dollars in the future. Then i really suggest you look at your investment strategy.

There are far better stocks and companies out there with more potential that have the wow factor.


This ( obviously until proven otherwise ) will slowly eat away at your capital or at the very least tie up your capital for the next 6 months.

Personally i could never consider investing in a company like this without seeing some real facts and figures. Also given the lack of interest in this company 9 times out of 10 the stock ALWAYS drifts back to the capital raising price. Then all it takes is a few nervous sellers to start exiting below the cap raising price and you end up with capitulation and it aint pretty.
