re: cix goldman sachs redfaces about they have finally implemented the buyback with 50,000 shares bought back yesterday.

CIX has been very wishy-washy on capital management. . . .one minute saying "we need all our capital". . . the next announcing a buyback. . . and then not implementing the buyback until now.

for shareholders worried about the price of their CIX shares this provides a little good news. . .. the buyback is likely to keep the stock supported at around current levels.
