The new CEO is probably taking a cautious approach considering how Ron brought the company to the brink of bankruptcy there is not much the new CEO can say at the moment that will appease disgruntled shareholders. The greater market being lackluster does not help either as we need the bigger blue chip companies in this sector to be firing before minows like OEX are considered at alternative investments.
