On the basis that Dropsuite had 42,000 users in December. We could throw a rough estimate up there at around 65,000 users based on there user growth chart.

65,000 users @ $3 per month = $195,000 per month or 2.3 million per year.

Obviously the hosting provider will be taking a cut, lets be generous and say drop suite take 70 percent.

Annual Revenue would roughly be 1.6 million per annum

Expenses

4 x big wig salaries ( Charif, Udit, Judah, Ridley )
13 x staff roughly

Thats probably your annual revenue right there.

Obviously there are swag more other expenses that need to be paid for somewhere amongst this ?

Office rental, equipment and general utilities, then there is obviously the infrastructure that dropsuite runs on which i would imagine is not cheap....

Look forward to seeing the accounts, unfortunately we wont get to see these until it re-lists..
